It's about a 5 year old girl who was diagnosed w/ brain cancer and given about 150 days to live. She wrote all of these little notes and pictures to her parents and little sister telling them how much she loved them and hid them all over the house so they'd find them after she died.  They are still finding her notes.

Dammit, I'm crying again.....
