    I think I refreshed right when it went up. I was considering the remote meat thermometer that was up before it, but it was gone before I got a chance. Probably better that way, not like I needed to spend the $.

    we hate our remote meat thermometer, i was looking at that one too but DH is always the one who uses it so i needed his opinion.  of course, he's not awake yet.

    Yeah, I don't know anything about them. What kind do you have so I know not to buy it? I'd kind of like one for making whole chickens (never sure when they are done) and possibly attempting London Broil, I've failed miserably every time I've made one.

    it's kitchenaid i believe.  the problem we run into is in our smoker, it just doesn't give good accurate readings.  it could be 155 one minute then 135 the next.  i'll have to check when i get home to make sure it is KA.
