Anyone ever washed a purse?

DS got something all over my brand new purse.  It's a cheap one from Kohl's but the first one I've bought in years for myself.  It's mostly fabric with probably pleather straps and some metal grommets.  Help me get this clean please?

Can you just spray it with soapy water and use a washcloth to scrub the part that got spilled on?

It's all over and really dug into the fabric.  I could try but I'll be doing the entire purse.

Oh in that case I'd presoak it with oxi clean, then do a delicates cycle with some gentle detergent.
