at what degree do you treat your own fever?

I'm not a fan of feeling like crap so I treat it when I get it.  I also treat my symptoms with stuff like Nyquil and Sudafed, etc.

As soon as I start to feel even a little bit crappy, I start popping the tylenol/ibuprofen.

Maybe 100? How crazy is it that I can't remember the last time I had a fever. I got sick a ton when ds was in daycare but could never take anything worth a darn bc of bfing.

Oh it's immediate for me. Tylenol, Airborne and Nyquil in that order.

I usually start taking something for it at 100. My temp is usually pretty low, so if it's 100, then I know I have a decent fever.

I don't remember taking anything for fever specifically as an adult (I can't even remember the last time I took my temperature. . . not counting charting).

I will take something at night (Nyquil or similar) if my cough or other symptoms are keeping me from sleeping.

I don't usually medicate myself during the day though. . . I really try to keep medications to a minimum.

I'm a big fan of medications. Why be miserable if you don't have to? That's my motto.

I usually let the fever do it's work (i.e. help fight the infection), but when it hits 103 I take something.  I do the same for DS, treat the fever at 103 degrees.
