Feel bad. Ethan is tormenting the cat and I'm too sick to care.

Poor thing.  Ethan's chasing Echo around the house, screaming Beatles songs at him.  Poor cat.

I've got a fever and feel like absolute crud.  I think I'm going to let the cat take one for the team here....

  • I'm sure the cat has places to hide if he really wanted to - don't feel too bad.  My cat has hiding places *I* can't find.  We hardly saw her the first month after N was born - poor thing!

Sorry your bug is progressing.  Are you going to try to see a doctor?

  • Hey, Susie!  Yeah if the fever gets higher or the cough gets worse I'll head to urgent care or try to find a primary care doctor that can see me.

The cats are almost too dense to hide.  LOL  Bless their little hearts, they put up with a lot before the run for cover.  :-)

How are you feeling?  How is N?  We miss you guys!

  • I hate going to the doctor and usually try to tough things out, but with all these stories of pneumonia lately... better to catch that ASAP!  Hope it ends up being a mild thing and that Ethan manages to escape it.

I've been calling around trying to find someone with the flu shot today with no luck.  I'd like to get both, but can't quite convince myself to go stand in line for hours for one.

I'm feeling okay - lazy and tired (but what's new?), but rarely sick anymore.  Nora's great - napping at the moment - yea!

We miss you, too!  Hey, we're probably going to be up there in May for a wedding.  It's Memorial Day weekend, but if you guys are  in town I'd love to try to get together.  Maybe by then you'll be able to recommend a stranger (LOL) to babysit while we're at the wedding.  :)
