Etsy purchase no delivery?

What should I do? This was my first order through etsy. Placed order on 9/14 for Halloween costume for dd. Seller said no problem with delivery for Halloween. So Monday has now come to an end and I've received no word from her.  I sent an email through etsy and one directlhy to her email.  Any advice?  I bought a costume this weekend but how do I resolve this? Maybe it will get here in time but I doubt it!

    If I were you I would leave negative feedback for the seller and contact the powers that be thru Etsy.  That's unacceptable.

    If you paid thru paypal file a complaint.  It should either get your money back or get the seller to listen.
