...still sleep in a crib? Anyone? Anthony loves his crib. We got him a big boy bed last christmas and it is still just collecting dust in his room. He likes to sleep in a bed when we are out of town, but when we are home he wants to be in his crib. Am I scarring him for not moving him to a bed? Is he the only 3 year old around still in a crib?
Re: Possibly flameful, does your 3 year old...
Kind of. His crib is a convertible and right now it is on the daybed conversion. He does sleep in a twin at my parents house and we will be moving him to his "big boy room" and in a full size bed within the next 2 months. He is getting too long for his crib, but that is just one reason we are moving him.
My mom says she had me in a crib till I was 4 because I kept wetting the bed and she had a waterproof mattress in the crib.

Ditto!
We do have it converted, but she doesn't realize she can get out (knock wood). No plans for a big girl bed, since she is tiny, we are in no rush!
We didn't move DD out of her crib until about 2 months after her 3rd b-day. She loved it and never climbed out (except ironically about 3 days before her new bed was being delivered). We only were moving her because she was getting too big for it.
Exactly this.
