Catch your nose

DS have a little runny nose and a little cough, no fever so that's good. Is there anything that I can give him?

I personally never gave my daughter any type of medicine except for fever reliever and occasionally benadryl (no dye).  Could it be allergies or teething?  The best thing is a humidifier and they have baby vicks rub that you can put on the humidifier itself or a little on the baby.
