Ideas for a gift for DD for xmas?

We don't need anything for her and we have tons of toys already.  I'm looking for something she can use when she's older ... like a nice doll, or something cute with her name on it, or even a little bracelet or something.  My mom got her a PBK jewelry box with her name on it for her baptism ... which gave me the idea. 

 Any ideas?

My dad did a American Girl for DD last year he found one with her name on it.  What about starting some kind of necklace or bracelet with meaning.  Like making her a pearl necklace one pearl added for each special occasion (like every birthday and Christmas, and other big events like religious ones) And something similar to that a charm bracelet with different charms relating to something big this year that she loves or anything
