bad mom moment & question

So I went to the next room for a second and DS pulled DD off the couch.  I know-never leave them alone and her on the couch-please no flames.  I would usually call the dr. but it seems like every time I've called about DS hitting his head they say don't worry- as long as he isn't not waking from sleep so as much as I want to call I don't know if I should bother.  She cried-settled, seems herself?!  No bumps or anything-eyes are fine?  WWYD

I would just watch her. DD has fallen off our couch before and been just fine. As long as she didn't loose consciousness or anything like that she should be ok. Just watch her and if ANYTHING changes, give the pedi a call. DD even fell down our steps (I know, bad mommy!!! I felt HORRIBLE!) and I called the pedi and they told me to just watch her (granted, I'm in the medical industry myself and the pedi nurse knows I know what I'm watching for). Good luck! She should be fine.
