I'm sure it's just a reaction, but I hope he's not coming down with something. I'm thinking if he has it later today I'd keep him home from school though just in case.

DS got the nasal mist on Thursday, he's been having a cough, and a runny nose since the next day, but he seems fine otherwise.

fever is a typical part of body's immune response to a vaccination.  if it is low grade i would consider it evidence the shot is working.
