Wondering about a word

As DH and I sit here and watch football, I am wondering.  Is "trickeration" a word?  I am not even sure that I have spelled it right.

Re: Wondering about a word

  • I've never heard it, what does it mean?

  • Kirk Herbstreet - who is the good looking commentator for Saturday night football - uses it in reference to a tricky play that a team pulls off.

  • Google it, ha. But, I really don't think that's a word.

Good catch, but does that mean it is a word or a commonly used phrase?

    I don't think it's a real word, it's an invented word, I believe.

Well if Kirk said it, it MUST be a word.  He is a bonafied hottie!

  • Although Kirk is a bonafied hottie, it's a total made up word that has gained popularity! I vote that it is not a real word!

Hee hee.  He does use it with determination.  I will go with the majority here - it is a term used not a word.  Even if the user is really good looking!

A hottie and, I'm proud to say, a BUCKEYE!

And I vote no on trickeration being a word.

  • I have a HUGE crush on Kirk.  I always watch College Gameday on Sat. AM so I don't miss him.  He makes having to watch a ton of college football much easier on the eyes!  I also agree with most people above, I don't think trickeration is an actual word.
