If this isn't my cycle - I'm going back on the pill

I hope this is your cycle. However, I'm glad you have a positive attitude and a plan if it isn't. When do you O and/or test? Good luck!!

I am 12 DPO, but won't test until at least 16DPO. I have no urge to test anymore. Our thinking and the Dr thinks too that maybe I can get a nice surge off of the pill. This is how I got pregnant so easily with Audrey.

I can't imagine how you must feel - I'm on my 3rd cycle and am ready to take a break; it's just frustrating and emotionally draining.  

And oddly enough, I've already gotten annoyed/hurt at comments from my mom - I thought these things wouldn't bother me, after all it's only been 2 cycles - but she made some dumb comment about how she thought we "wouldn't keep trying if it meant I would be pg at [my brother's] wedding."  I was so rageful.  His wedding is in the end of June - yes I'm totally putting our life on hold until that is over so my mom won't have a fat daughter as a bridesmaid. [I love my mom, but she is straight up psycho about my weight]

I was going to suggest that, actually (the pill hormonal surge and getting pregnant). That happened for my mom. She didn't have her period forever after BFing me and they put her back on the pill for two cycles and she got pregnant right away. Good luck either way!!

Hell, I got pregnant ON the pill!  It could be a magical cure.

Wouldn't that just awful if it was as simple as that? Oh well. I never thought I would be at cycle 20. So depressing.

I have told my family and what not that I will never put my life on hold for something for them and I don't expect them to do it for me either.

Agreed on that - my mom is just nuts.  I think part of it was because I've been a pg BM before and it sucked a LOT [3 weddings the summer I was pg w/ Jackson], but it's just silly to put our lives on hold.

My doc agrees with this.  He has always recommended that I stay on BCP's until the moment we are ready to TTC, since some women have a VERY fertile "window of opportunity" immediately after coming off of BCP's.  It has worked VERY well for us!
