I just wanted to say I really appreciated your response in my anniversary post. I've been having the shittiest time of my life these past couple of weeks, and your very kind response made me happy for a moment I, of course, appreciated all of the responses, but I love that we can all put our differences aside here at times when someone really needs it.

You're totally welcome! I know what it's like to be totally overwhelmed and in a "mood" when life makes fun plans fall through. It definitely sucks. However, when you stop and think about all you've accomplished and been blessed with, it makes the disappointment a little easier.

Hang in there. And, start thinking about Aruba for your 10th. The kids will be so much older and more self-sufficient and you won't feel a bit of guilt leaving them with grandma for the week. Well, maybe a little...at least until you get that first frozen cocktail on the beach.
