Wait? Jeffers is buying a boat? Hi-lar. Now I totally get your need for $1,500 worth of shoes. And, when you typed that, I thought," thatbitch is getting Louboutins." I would definitely got for it. However, I know you've got a list a mile long, so it's probably more practical to get as many pairs as you can.

House - OMG, that is beautiful! I love, love, love the porches!!! What a classic, southern beauty. It will be your own little Tara. I can't wait to visit!

Yeah, so he and his friend are talking about buying a bass fishing boat [wtf!!!!!!!!!] and splitting the cost.  I am against this b/c it just means he will want to go fishing every weekend, which is NOT my idea of a good time if he isn't setting my high maintenance ass up in a gorgeous lakehouse.

Anyway I told him if he did it, I was spending the amount he spent on it on shoes.  You know, to make him think about it, but also because I want shoes and I KNOW he is buying the stupid boat.

And I am SUPER excited about building; I really hope it works out and we find some land.  I will definitely have a designated guest suite for all my crew friends.    I can't wait to start from scratch and decorate everything.  And it's exciting to think about custom building a house that I absolutely ADORE.

The south and I are getting along mighty fine these days - I don't think we'll ever leave!

We haven't decided but I found my DREAM house plans.  Southern Living plans, natch.

I don't know; it'll probably be a crazy mish mash of colors, LOL.

I do want a kitchen with white cabinets... I'm currently in love with this fabric from Amy Butler, and I'd like to pull colors from it for the kitchen, dining room, and great room - well basically most of the downstairs.

I like the top two [paradise garden and trumpet flowers].

The only other thing I know is that our room will be green/black/white and Jackson's room will have the PBK madras stuff [which he already has].

Otherwise, I'm waiting until I get the real go ahead to start going ca-razy with decorating, even though I want to!
