XP: Got the H1N1 Vaccine Today

After much deliberation and research, DH and I decided that I would get the vaccine when available. So yesterday, when the OB office sent out an email stating that they had 100 doses, I called right away. In fact, I caught a cold yesterday and have been feeling under the weather. So I got in today, got my shot and was out within 5 minutes.

I'm really glad it's over now and we no longer need to worry. My own mom isn't too thrilled that I got the vaccine as she's turned a bit holistic these days. But to each her own decision. Here's to hoping that we and our babies all stay healthy this flu season.

Good for you!! Hope you stay healthy for the remainder of your pregnancy. I'm hoping that I can get the vaccine along with Zachary too.
