DD gave up her nap at 2 years old. She goes to bed at 8 PM and wakes around 7-8 AM. I never wake her except for the 2 days that I have work and she has to wake at 6:45 AM.
L rarely naps anymore, but on the weekends will at least take a little rest. He is in bed by 8PM during the week, 9PM on the weekends and is awake around 8-8:30AM on the weekends.

DS still naps very occasionally, like once a week or so. But he's largely done napping. He's never been a good napper, so it's hard to say when he really started not napping more often than he napped.
He goes to bed between 7 and 8 most nights and wakes around 7:30 in the morning. We don't wake him.

DD1 - up from possible 7 am or as late as 9:30 am. She goes to bed 8:30-9. She gave up naps probably before age 3. She has to be awaken at times in the mornings.
She started giving up naps at about 3.5 years old. She napped the other day, but it was the first time in over a month. She goes to bed at 8:00/8:30 and wakes up around 8:15 every morning. I don't wake her up, unless it's a Tuesday or Thursday - that's Mother's Day Out day and we have to be ready to go by 8:45.
Bedtime is between 7 and 8 and he wakes up by himself between 7 and 8. He stopped napping age 2. Naps weren't adding any sleep to his day - just taking from his nights. I couldn't deal with the 10pm bedtimes so I stopped him napping.
