Hi there, I am only 6 weeks along but looking for a way to safely stay somewhat fit while my belly grows:-) Having a heck of a time finding "prenatal" excercise classes such as swimming, yoga, etc. Anyone have any tips for me?
I am just over 6 weeks and have been looking around a bunch too. It doesn't look like there is all that much around. I did find that Beaumont has some Yoga (https://www.beaumonthospitals.com/yoga-moms) and Aqua classes (https://www.beaumonthospitals.com/aqua-moms) as well as some other various classes which you can find on the site.

Not exactly in Birmingham, but Namaste Yoga in Royal Oak has a prenatal class at 4:30 on Saturdays. http://www.namaste-yoga.net/
