What kind of car do you drive? Or if you don't drive, how do you get around?
Right now a Nissan Murano - but my lease is up on January 2nd so I am shopping for a new car. Something bigger so that we can fit a baby and the two dogs at the same time!
I am a dog person, but I do have a cat. DH had Julie, our cat, when we met, but we got dogs for me as soon as we bought our first house!
I cannot wait til we close on our house so i can get a dog!!! I want a puggle ssssooo sssssoooo bad. My mom has my pug at her house (Toby) because we don't have a backyard big enough at our condo.... cannot wait!!!
One of our friends has a Puggle, he is sooo adorable!
We are lucky with our dogs, Greyhounds are really lazy, so even though we live in a condo, we do not have any problem. We walk them 4 times a day, and we also have a dog park nearby and they love going there to run around! I sing the "dog park song" and they go crazy!
It is funny because we picked up Daphne the day we moved in, but we adopted her before we even closed! They just held her at the rescue place, and we went to visit her every day!
DH and I are both attorneys, too. Are you nervous about the bar exam? In which state will you be licensed? (going along with the question theme, here)
I will take the NJ and PA bars in July. I am kind of nervous for them, but I have not been thinking about it too much. I did well on the MPRE, and I am going to take Bar Bri, and PMBR - so I think I will be okay, next July I will probably be freaking out!!
I've been an attorney for 5 years as of today. On this very day 5 years ago I passed the NV state bar exam. If you do Barbri and PMBR you will be fine. In hindsight I actually think PMBR wasn't very helpful. I'd probably take the shorter PMBR as opposed to the full course if I had it to do over again (and thank goodness I don't, at least for now!)
I've never studied so hard for anything in my life. Five years later I can say it was totally worth it. Best of luck to you!

Congrats! You can waive into some other jurisdictions now if you want to right? Or does NV not have reciprocity? I do not plan on practicing in PA, but I am taking that bar exam because PA has reciprocity with some other jurisdictions, and it will be convenient, if I ever have a need to practice in another jurisdiction. NJ does not have any reciprocity.
I am only going to take the short PMBR, because I heard that the full one is not really worth while. Thanks for the luck, I will take all that I can get!
Re: Ask me a question... any question
Are you a cat or dog person?
When do you think I'll O?
Just kidding.
What are you having for dinner tonight?
