Inflatable Playhouse?

Anyone have one of these?  We have already have two playhouses, but I was tempted to get it for my BFF's DD for Christmas.  Know anything about it?

We have it and LOVE it-- it was so fun outside this summer to picnic in, and we can use it inside, too.  It's a little loud when the motor is running, but it's really, really fun

How old are your kids?  And how old do you think they should be?  It says 3 years and older, but that seems silly.  My girls have loved their playhouses (not inflatable) since they could walk if not before.  My BFF has a 1 year old and twins on the way.  I know the twins wouldn't be playing in it for another year or more, but would her DD like it?
