She said the HSG was fine...tubes are clear (which I already knew since the day I got the test done). I had a weird feeling about the U/S though because when I asked the tech immediately after she didn't really give me any feedback about what she saw. She just said that it was fine and that my doctor will call me with the results.
Well my doc told me that the U/S was consistent with PCOS as well as the CD3 bloodwork which was done by my previous doctor back in April. It's crazy how my previous doctor didn't mention anything about my bloodwork so I had no idea (glad I switched!).
Anyway, she gave me a referral to an RE and said she hoped to see me back before Chirstmas for my 1st prenatal appointment. That just made me think of my favorite quote "there's nothing false about hope"!
Re: My doc just called re: HSG and U/S results

I'm sorry about the diagnosis--but at least you now know what is wrong and can take the next steps to correct it.
Good luck!
Sorry about your PCOS dx, but so so SO many women go on to get pregnant and have healthy babies and I have faith that you will too!

SAIF/PAIF Welcome
Lots of love and luck to my PAIF/3T/IF Veteran ladies, especially my dear friend Zookie. Congrats to Papps, Teach84 and Starbuck on their little ones.
Ditto this. I'm glad you finally have an answer. Hopefully this will be the trick.
Your ob sounds just like mine! After my last follow up from my surgery she says "you better be back before your ultrasound in November with a baby in that belly!"
Thank you IVF for our little miracles!!
Thank you ladies! I really do appreciate you all. I think I'd be really lost in all of this without the support of this board.
I shed my 2 tears and now I'm ok. Onward!
