Baby measuring 3 days ahead.

Had another u/s today (I get them every 2 weeks). The doctor said that the measurements are just fine and that the baby is measuring 3 days ahead. Heartbeat is 165. I never measured anything but right on with Preston. She said it's pretty normal. Anyone else?

My second son always measured ahead. He was born at 39 1/2 weeks at 8 lbs., 11 0z.

I did not have routine u/s's - but my body measures ahead.  I routinely measured 4-6 weeks ahead with both girls.  U/s's done at 37+ weeks have typically shown 40-42 weeks.  I just breed big babies.

I measured 1.5 weeks ahead at my 10 week u/s compared to my 6 week u/s, but the Dr. said the first one was more accurate.

I'm considered high risk. Various surgeries on my cervix lead me to have an Incompetent Cervix. They measure my cervix and the baby every time. Not sure if some point it will end, but for now it is every two weeks.

At 7w5d, my ultra sound had me measuring 3 days ahead.  I just found out today at a follow up appt.  The doctor said to keep the original due date, as determined by my LMP.  She said it was no big deal since it was within the same week/time frame.  HTH
