Should I go to the dr?

First off, I have a 7 wk old. Since Friday I have had a fever of 99.4, chill, body aches, and a pretty bad cough where now my chest is in pain while I cough. As of yesterday the fever is gone and I feel much better but is there something medicine wise you think I should take to prevent my LO's from this? I started to worry that I may have had swine flu...

I don't know if YOU should go, but you may want to call their pediatrician. Is he EBF? If so, and you did have swine flu, he probably got a lot of antibodies from it which will help prevent it in him. It does sound like a mild case of swine flu, but it could be anything. I don't think there's much your doc can do, but the ped may want to know about it with such a young baby.

Thanks,  I guess calling his  ped makes sense.  And yes he is EBF.
