Was it the More Milk Plus tea that you have been buying? What does that taste like? I bought some Women's Nursing Support tea and it is pretty bad. It has fennel which I hate and anais seed which tastes like licorice which I also hate and both of those are distinct flavors in the tea. I was just wondering about the other kind out there. Also, where did you buy it? AF is a stupid stupid thing.

I got the Mothers milk tea from wholefoods and its nasty. Same ingredients. I even put honey in it to make it taste better and it still was bad. It also didn't help me. What has helped is More Milk Special Blend.

They didn't have the capsules in the store (you buy at Whole Foods) so I had to get the liquid. O.M.G. makes the tea taste like candy. I have gotten used to it but MAN. I am going to order the pill version from that website for next time. It has really helped me. The only thing so far. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions. I have been battling this for months now. AF SUCKS.
