Im not sure if this is an option for you but DH and I took a 401K loan. We are both under 35 so it was a no brainer. The way it works is you pay back the loan at5.25%.(that rate might vary) The interest goes to you!!! They take $65/check for the next three years from my paycheck. I figured in this economy my money was not making much more then that in the 401K anyways!!! Hope this helps GL
