We are really struggling here. I am getting anxiety over this. I never knew it would be so hard! We do have middle names Christine & Frances after our grandmothers.
I am pretty middle of the road. I don;t want anything too trendy or too traditional. I am prefering for them to start with the same letter, but not sounding too much alike. If you come up with their name I will be forever thankful
Re: Help me name my twin girls!
Laurie and Lindsay.
Elizabeth and Emily.
Amanda and Abigail.
Any of these fit your style or am I totally off?
How about Mark and Matthew! Apparently it's a southern tradition! Just kidding.
How about Molly and Meagan.
Ava & Abigail
Katherine & Kelly

It is true that pit bulls grab and hold on. But what they most
often grab and refuse to let go of is your heart
twins run in DH and I's family. We were hoping for them to be honest. We couldn't agree on if the names should ryhme or not so we came up with:
madison & kathrine
the reason is the whole name dose not rhyme but the nick names do:
maddie & katie
Maybe you could try something like that.
Abigail, Andrea, Anna, Audrey, Aubrey, Amanda, Allison, Ariana, Addison, Autumn,

To answer your question:
I had friends in highschool who were Irish twins - they were named Aubrey and Ashely and I always loved their names, particulary Aubrey. I like Aubrey Christine. Not sure about Ashley Frances. They also had an older sister named Amy (yeah, they liked the letter A). Amy Frances is nice!
You could also shoot for a different common theme other than same first letter ie: sweet and girly or modern or old fashioned....
Lindsey and Alyssa are my cousin's twin's names. I think the names go well together because they are soft, girly names without being matchy matchy.
But, I like "M" names and "T" names.
Megan and Madison
Teagan and Taylor
I would recommend getting the book Baby Name Wizard. I bought it for $12.95 at Joseph Beth but you could probably get it cheaper on Amazon.
It is an interesting read but then breaks down each name and provides names for "brothers" and "sisters" of that name....names that go well with the name you like.
GL!
How do Maddie and Katie rhyme? One has a short a sound and the other has a long a sound.

The last sound in both are a long E. really the last sound in both are DEE since allot of people pronounce the T as a D without realizing it. It dose not 100% rhyme but if we ever have twins it would give them the option to kinda rhyme or not.
