Since I can remember, Luke's had eczema. We just figured out the dietary allergies are egg white, wheat, milk, and soy. Soy scored barely sensitive as a 1 on the scale. The others were a 3. I'm not sure what that means-I'm generating a list of questions for my next appointment. We're also suspecting a latex allergy, but we have to get his skin cleared up so we can do a skin test for that. Anyways, now I'm trying to restock my pantry, fridge, and freezer, not to mention recipes, that I can eat. Hopefully he'll outgrow this soon! Anyways, I'm thinking I'll be losing some of the 60lbs I need to lose! I've got some hopeful thinking that I'll be losing it fast so what are the things I can do to protect my milk supply? Oh geez-I just realized all the milk in my freezer is no good now!!! Yikes!! oh, and no flu shots either since its incubated in an egg....Anyone else in this situation?
