I just wanted to thank everyone for the responses on the names I posted last night.  The feedback has been very helpful and I have created a new list based on the opinions and our favorites.  I think that I agree with the majority on keeping Shea as a middle name.  I did add a couple of names to the mix.  Just looking for more feedback and/or suggestions before we have this baby in the next week!  TIA

I'm a huge fan of Molly right now! I like it better with a y. When it's typed out with the ie it almost looks like 3 L. I also like Abigail with the nn Abbie. Not a huge fan of Emily or Emma. Since you like those have you considered Amelia or Emelia?

I love Molly/ie, but Mollie Shea is VERY Irish.  As long as that is the intent.
