Since you've been through the bronchitis at this age, does it sound like what I am describing?  No fever though?  I am totally thrown for a loop here.  I get so paranoid with sick infants.  Noah, I wouldn't think twice about b/c he can tell me.  She can't.  :(

Re: xb

  • It was so hard to describe and I can't tell you how many times I had to take her for them to finally figure out what it was.

She had no fever, she was eating fine. Just this coughing and I can hear it in her chest. But not like a wheez, just sounded like phlem or congestion.

Anyway, after a few different antibiotics, the fools finally figured it out and put her on a nebulizer which helped her. But that opened a can of worms, I had to see a pulminary specialist after that just to rule out pneumonia. It was ridiculous.

Just have them check her out and make sure you tell them how long she's had it.

Exactly this.  Ok, we will go this afternoon.  Thanks!

  • good luck! I hope its nothing!

If it is something, I can tell you the Nebulizer was AWESOME! I wish they gave it to her from the start. My pulminary specialist also said this is also the way a lot of kids do develop asthma, it goes untreated.

Good luck and let me know what they say.
