Reader allows you to do just that...read. You can't make any changes. You need to purchase the full version.

However, there is a work around that you can try and that's to open the document and use 'print screen' on your keyboard (above the insert/home/page up buttons). That will 'copy' an image of your desktop and then you can 'paste' it (ctrl + v) into an image editing program that you have (PhotoShop, Paint, etc.).
