Great pictures, Jamie!!!! I love them all! I especially love the one of the 2 girls on the leaf background. And I love the family pic. And I really love the 2nd to the last and last pictures. Ugh- such a cute family!!!

They look great! You had better luck w/portrait innovations then I did. According to both my car clock & mom's cell clock we came to our appointment 5 mins late. I had trouble finding the place and had to park in the next driveway & carry the baby over w/all our stuff. The girl at the desk said I came thru the door 13 mins late & that they would not take me!

She said if you are 15 mins late that its considered a no show & I would have to wait either 2 hours for the next slot or reschedule!!

I was furious!! There wasn't even a manager I could talk to either!

Thanks everyone! It was soooo hard to pic out the ones I wanted! We ended up with the 8 pose package plus the $9.95 package so we got tons of pics.

That would have pissed me off!! I have only had an issue with them twice. The first time was when Teagan was a month old. They were running behind so by the time they got to us, Teagan was hungry and fussy. The girl who was assigned to us was like, "Do you want to reschedule for when your baby isn't crying?" Like it was such a horrible thing. Oh I about clocked her right then and there. I complained about it to the manager and was told this isn't the first complaint about her. I haven't seen her for awhile. The second time was when we did Christmas pics for Teagan's first year. They didn't tell us ahead of time that their printer was down, and that we would have to come back at a later time to get our pics. We drove almost 2 hours from where we live to get our pics done there, and one of the biggest reasons we go there is because you are supposed to get the pics back the same day. DH was pissed because we would have to make a special trip out there later that week to get the pics. We ended up with a shiit ton of free pics after he complained to the manager.
