About the 4 yo who was completely lethargic and they couldn't figure out what was wrong.  Eventually the other kids said that she licked hand sanitizer off her hand. Her blood alcohol level was 85%.  I guess 3 squirts ingested could be fatal to a toddler?

I think the 85% is wrong, but it is mostly alcohol and can cause serious problems.  That is why they don't even recommend using topically on small children.

85% is not possible.  It is laughable.  But I have heard a more reasonable event of a toddler getting sick from ingesting hand santizer.

The snopes article does say the 85% is wrong, but it is possible for a child to get alcohol poisoning from hand santizer.
