Smell of Cat piss!!

Ok i have a question.. We moved our treadmill out to our shed for a year.. but now i have it back in the house so i can use it.. but it smells like cat piss..How do i get rid of it??? any help would be greatly appreciated!! TIA!!!!

    fire! LOL... just kidding. wow... cat pee is a doosey! maybe steam clean? Do you know what part is pissy? If its the belt part might jsut be easier to replace it.
