Strange colored poop..?

The last three poops have been a pale whiteish mustardy color?  not the normal mustardy color (he's EBF).  Any clue?  He seems to be really teething bad..could that have something to do with it?  I think im going to call the dr in the AM but wanted to see if anyone had any clue.  THANKS
