I am so sick of Mickey Mouse junk!!!  My mom is obsessed with it and is now Christmas shopping for H and oh guess what theme she's shopping for!  Yep, Mickey Mouse.  =(

YEah, my Mom buys the kids theme crap I hate but I guess I feel like it makes both Mom and the kids happy. I am the only one with the issue. I did not have grandparents to give me fun things.

My dad is obsessed with Disney. My mom has similar tastes as me and we love vintage toys, so thank god she does most of the shopping.

lol, yea true.  I didn't have gparents to give me fun stuff either, so having her spoil DS is fun.  Our house being littered with Mickey Mouse is definitely a unexpected thing.

The toy crap is hard to get used to...it still drive me nuts...just wait until they have clear love for character stuff...C is obsessed with Disney Princess (gag), last year it was Thomas the Tank Engine then Elmo...UGH!!!

i loveeee mickey mouse -  my mom is that way with pooh tho. and i HATE sesame street. she owns nothing with that psycho elmo on it.
