Matthew has his first fever :(

Poor baby woke up crying this morning, cried all the way through diaper changing, and started crying again as soon as he was finished nursing. ?His skin felt hot so I took his temp - sure enough it's 101.1. ?I gave him some Tylenol so hopefully that helps a little bit. ?He's back in bed asleep already (usually he doesn't go down for a nap until later, but he was yawning and laying his had on my chest, so I figured it was time).

Thankfully our pedi has hours 7 days a week, so I'll call when they open at 9. ?They may not want to see him, but I'd rather check in and see what they say.

Keep your fingers crossed that this passes quickly and isn't anything serious.?

ETA: the pedi wants to see us - appointment at 10:30. ??

I can't stand the feeling of helplessness when LOs have a fever. I hope Matthew feels better very soon!
