I'm not sure what your list includes, but my "safe after 12 weeks" includes Tylenol, Sudafed (original pseudoephedrine, not phenylephrine), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant), and guaifenesin (loosens chest congestion). Last time I checked, Mucinex was dextromethorphan and guaifenesin. If those aren't on your list, you might have to take some separate meds: like a Tylenol and a Sudafed, from separate bottles. Safest measure would be to stick to what's on your list tonight, and call your OB in the morning for clarification. Feel better!

I have a headache, sinus pressure, chest congestion, cough, slight fever... just plain yuck! This is the first time I've been sick since last Feb!!
