Medicine for cough/congestion/headache

Anyone taken something that works?? I normally take Mucinex but its not on my approved list

Tylenol Cold has worked well for me this week.

I'm not sure what your list includes, but my "safe after 12 weeks" includes Tylenol, Sudafed (original pseudoephedrine, not phenylephrine), dextromethorphan (cough suppressant), and guaifenesin (loosens chest congestion).  Last time I checked, Mucinex was dextromethorphan and guaifenesin.  If those aren't on your list, you might have to take some separate meds: like a Tylenol and a Sudafed, from separate bottles.  Safest measure would be to stick to what's on your list tonight, and call your OB in the morning for clarification.  Feel better!

I had a cold last week.  My OB told me I could take Tylenol Cold and Sudafed.

I have a headache, sinus pressure, chest congestion, cough, slight fever... just plain yuck! This is the first time I've been sick since last Feb!!
