Lightening Crotch, UTI, or something else?

A few times today I've had a shooting pain in my crotch. It feels like it's a little to the left of where I imagine my urethra to be, so I know it's NOT cervical pain. (I don't know if the urethra is actually the tube itself or just the opening from which you pee, but it almost feels like the tube from my bladder is where the pain is.)

It doesn't burn to pee. My lower back is kind of achy, but it feels too low to be my kidneys. My urine isn't dark in color or strong in smell. However, I don't really know what I'm looking for if it is a UTI.

Could it be DD kicking my bladder funny or something? It only lasts for MAYBE 10 seconds when it happens and it's more of an uncomfortable pain...not a shooting one. Slightly less painful than a cervix kick.

I would guess that if it were a UTI, it would hurt more consistently.  I'm not Dr, though, so don't quote me on that!

This actually happened to me twice today.  The first time I was at the bank and it took me by surprise, I actually said "Oh" outloud and DH looked at me kinda confused.  It sounds like what my sister refers to as "Ice Pick Crotch"  I don't know.  I def know its not a UTI, I've had those and it doesn't feel anything like this.
