High Heels

Are my obsession. I have more than 50 pairs.

My doc told me I'd be out of them by 13 weeks. I showed her who was boss. I made it to 22 weeks.

Wearing my first pair of flats (ever) today. And I gotta admit, they're comfy.. and the full rubber gripping sole is pretty awesome too.

Interesting...I wonder why your doc said you wouldn't be able to wear them past 13 weeks.  I still wear high heels. Granted, I am more comfortable in flats, but for the most part I wear heels, especially to work!

Yep - I tried to continue with my heels... but then sciatica pain hit me hard.  I was practically limping for a week.  Ever since then I have been in flats - so comfy anyway.

I wear heels every chance I get. Granted when I have them on I spend most of the time sitting...I'm just not ready to say goodbye!

Definately not ready to stop wearing mine.  If anything I've just gone to a lower heel than before but hey a heel's a heel.  But today I have to admit I am wearing the COMFIEST flats I've ever worn.

I went from heels everyday to flats everyday pretty early!  I had no balance wearing heels anymore and early on lower back pain.  I might be able to wear them every once in a while now but flats are so comfortable!

I wore heals almost to the end with my first preg since I had to wear suits everyday to work...i tried flats but my pants were all too long!  Once I had the baby though I've been in flats...not working now either.  I love to get dressed up or just to go out and break out my heels...I miss them sometimes

I wore heels until 36w last time. I started WFH then, and had no need for heels, but I still don't understand-- as long as they are comfy-- the problem. My balance was fine, and I didn't feel any different wearing them while pg than non-pg.

I'm still wearing heels?although I know my days in heels are numbered. Way to go for proving the doctor wrong! Never underestimate the power of a woman and her beloved heels!
