OMG the pain

I am ovulating and I may die.  I have this intense ache in my ute, my lower back feels like someone is stabbing me and the pain is radiating down the back of my legs.

I seriously wish I would die so I could be out of this misery.

I have a similar pain, but because I've been dry heaving in the mornings.

Ummm...this may be stupid but are you sure its just ovulation and not a cyst burst? The first time I ovulated, I had this happen to me and it was extremely stupid..I went to the dr. Granted there was nothing they could really do but it was awful!

Well no I'm not sure it's not a cyst.  I am not having too much ovary pain.  It's more ute and back pain.  I have been having non stop ute acheyness(sp?) since I had a saline infusion sonogram about 10 days ago.

The RE thinks I may have endo, so I am wondering if all the digging around with the dildocam somehow inflamed something.
