Ok ladies...I need your help. I'm hosting a mini baby shower for my bestfriend who is pregnant with her 2nd (she already has a 3 yr. old son and is expecting a girl). She has been racking her brain (and mine) for girl names. Her top picks are: Rachel, Lauren, Jessica and Brooke (in that order). The only problem is her last name begins with an "R" and her husband refuses to do double "R's." So now we're trying to think of other names..she's pretty open to anything and everything. I wanted to make a list of suggestions (she asked me to) to have for the shower (tomorrow).

Why can't she use Lauren, Jessica, or Brooke? Or is the husband refusing to use a name that has "R" anywhere in it? (In which case she could still use Jessica, I guess.)

Julia, Lilly, Lauren, Morgan, and Sydney are some that come to mind.

Her husband is a ROYAL pain in the butt! Basically it's his way or no way. Rachel and Lauren are her picks...which she LOVES and the Jessica and Brooke are his picks...which she thinks are just ok. In my opinion (which I told her)...she should give the baby a name that she LOVES and isn't just settling for. PLUS, her son was named by her husband...so she should get picks for this one. But you know how men are...so she's just hoping to hear suggestions hoping to spark an interest and maybe hear one that she LOVES.
