I got a regular cheap body pillow with a removable cover from Target. It's worked great so far and was a fraction of the cost of the actual pregnancy pillows - I think the pillow and cover together were about $15.
I loved my boppy wedge pillow for when my belly started to get too big and felt uncomfortable on my side. It was awesome. I never liked the snoogle thing.

I've had the snoogle for a few weeks, and it has taken me this long to get adjusted to it. But now, I like it, although I still want to find a way to make the cover softer, maybe I will put my pillowcase over the head end.

I use the one at the link below so that I can get tummy support and have the pillow between my knees like my doc recommended to reduce my hip pain but I'm still able to use my regular pillow for my head.
