Shopping Time

OK so I really didn't go to bed after cleaning but SHHH don't tell.

DH has decided I don't have enough maternity clothes and we're going shopping on Saturday! YAY I am excited but not sure how he thinks I don't have enough. I have already spent 400 on maternity clothes. Oh well Destination Maternity here I come

  • I was just going to say "I thought you went to bed!?"

Yay for shopping! I love everything I've gotten from Motherhood.

  • 400 dollars? Holy crap! lol. But then again, I'm cheap and love thrift stores... sooooo LOL

Maternity clothes are expensive. The first time I went to Motherhood I spent $100 on 6 pairs of underwear, a t-shirt and a dress.

Me too! Bought a few target and old navy things but quality is definitely better at motherhood.  Last time I was in there I spent a hundred dollars so DH better watch out because now we're doing it on his dime and he was in the dog house this week Wink

Neon I have no clue how I spent 400 I did it slowly and well it just happened. I have shopped at a 2nd hand store by my house and picked up some cute tops though!

  • what fun!  and yea they are expensive, i think the first time i went i spent $300 and then $100 the second time and then i went back for my stretch mark creams lol
  • My BFF came down to visit and brought me a gigantic duffel bag full of maternity clothes, plus three dresses and sweater coat.

    I am set.

  • Does she want to be my best friend too? I need winter clothes and some boots for winter and than I am set and probably won't maternity clothes shop again.

When I first got pregnant I was like ah I am not keeping these clothes I'll give them away when I am done but after all the money I've spent and as cute as they are I am definitely packing them up and saving for LO#2

She might be looking for a new BFF considering I just remembered that she texted me on Sunday and I never responded...
