DH vent...

I know that alot of you have to be away from your dh alot more then I do.....But My dh was supposed to be home tonight and was going on a call 2 hours away tomorrow but promised,when he got home around 1 that he would call it a day.He said that if he wasn't here I could threaten him with divorce... ....Well his flight got delayed and he freaked that he wouldn't get home tonight....so he rented a car and started driving.,......HE is 13 hours away like he would get home tonight....So he is going to drive 3.5 hours tonight and then the rest tomorrow...so we will not see him until about 5 pm tomorrow....I am pregnant tired and having a horrible day...I am just sitting her crying like a baby.....What am I going to do when they are both here,,,Oh boy....

Sweet of him to try driving home to get home quicker to you... but sometimes things just don't work out as planned.  Sorry that you're having such a hard time.

That sucks! I feel for mommies who need a break but their husbands cant be there! My poor older sister is married to a cop who took a pay cut (thanks to our economy) right as their 3rd child was born so now he works 70 to 80 hour work weeks to make up for it and she is home alone with a 4yr old 20month old and a 2 month old! I get a lot of texts from her begging me to just come over for a bit LOL

Aw, I have had times like this with my DH too!! The GOOD thing is that he can't help not being home with you right now & is doing what he can to get home! I'd rather my DH sleep & rest up versus being too tired & possibly getting into a wreck.

My DH was in Mexico on business for a week & I thought he couldn't call me that whole week (because he didn't) & later found out the he talked to my MIL (she called him). I cried & cried & cried!!! Then I called his cell & he explained that its $9.75 per minute to call from there & he knew we shouldn't spend our money talking on the cell phone (which is true).

 Anyway, good luck & hope you feel better!!!!!!
