I had some left over pot roast I made with some steamed potatoes and broccoli.  Then for dessert I had some strawberries and a cheesecake bite.

Smart Ones Three Cheese Ziti Marinara and a yogurt My co workers went to Taco Bell and I am so proud for not getting any..mostly cheapness not being healthy so I shouldnt give myself too much credit.. haha

Seems like today is Chick-fil-A day because I had chicken nuggets, with polynesian sauce(yumm),and a fruit cup!!

Yum, we had nacho bar potluck today. I am going to be dying of heartburn in a while, but it's so worth it. Basically the chips, with cheese, chili, sour cream, guacamole, jalapenos, lettuce, pico de gallo. Oh so good!

i am way late, but i enjoyed a salad with olives, jalapenos, and jalapeno ranch dressing. i had a piece of toasted french bread with a serving of homemade crawfish etouffee on top. afterwhich i had to fight to keep my eyes open at work
