CD guilt

We haven't been using CDs for a week now and I feel so guilty!  He stayed with my mom last weekend, and I didn't have enough diapers to get her through the long weekend without washing, so I sent disposables.  Then he got sick so I decided to keep him in sposies till the bug ran it's course.  Now he's better, but since I only CD at night during the week and normally wash diapers on Friday, I didn't see the point in only washing 3 diapers.  But I feel like we've gone through SO many diapers this week!

It will feel so good to put that cloth on him tomorrow night!

Re: CD guilt

  • I have been so irritated with my CD situation. My nanny refuses to use them and Ashley's preschool won't use them either, so I feel I am buying/using more disposables. Which really makes me mad since I spent so much money on CDs. So I completely understand the guilt (and frustration!!)

That really sucks, I'm sorry!  I guess I knew going into it that daycare wouldn't use them, so it stung a little less knowing we would still need to buy some disposables.  But I never realized how just CD'ing part time still made such a difference!
