Will you hang a stocking for LO this Christmas?

No, but I'm assuming she'll get gifts. Last Christmas I was 8 weeks pg and we got diapers and toys for the baby, so I'd assume that now that we will be so far along and know what we are having, that there will be a few for her this year!

ummm good question. We may just get one since we have them for all the pets, even our tortoise has one and he doesn't get anything! lol I have to buy two for the birds so yeah I'll probably pick up a third for cookie

Actually, come to think of it, My parents put up one for the baby we were pg with last year, so maybe they will this year too.

Nope, not until next year. My mom, on the other hand, has been fussing about this for months now, so I have a hunch she'll have one at Nana's house.

We do this too. We have one for each of our two big dogs, and the dog we took in this year I need to get him one.

I may just get LO one, and keep it for next year.

Hmm, good ? We might pick one up for her. Make it a game time decision whether to hang or not to hang. I could see us hanging one for her tho.

I think so! We hang one for our dogs and I am due shortly after Christmas and I am sure my MIL will buy him gifts so why not

I had never even thought about this...but now, I think we will hang one for our little girl! Honestly, if the two cats, birds, and snake get a stocking, why shouldn't our LO? lol

I won't this year, but I will probably go ahead and buy one once we find out what we are having.  We do have one for all the animals, but I just don't feel right hanging one up for the baby until he/she is here.  We probably will get a few gifts though--I did when I was pregnant with my daughter.

We will hang one next year.  DH and I were talking about it the other night, but ours and the dog's were all bought monogrammed so we need to wait until we decide on a name to order it.

Yes baby will have a stocking, but not one that says baby's first Christmas yet.

I am going to buy one for her if I can find it to match the ones we already have and we have picked out the stocking holder but I don't know if we will hang it or not. She isn't due for a whole month after Christmas so everything will probably be put away by the time she arrives.

We will not. My Mother on the other hand probably will. I also wouldn't be surprised if she gets us an ornament for the baby.

Am I planning on them having a stocking and hanging it up before hand, no. If they decide to come that early, yes I will have ones, even if they aren't at home. I will be 33 weeks the week of Christmas so its a toss up!

No stocking, but I do plan to buy an ornament for her this year. It is a handmade white felt dove :-)

Maybe a little one just for fun...We are going to be traveling waaaaaaay north to stay w/DH's family in Yellowknife over Christmas.  So, if we do, we'll just keep it at our house.

I've thought about this a lot... Perhaps not a stocking... maybe an ornament.. But who knows... K-monkey won't be here until a bit more then two weeks after christmas.. so.. maybe not a baby's first christmas, but just a cute little stocking.

I just thought about it... and K-monkey will be almost a year old by next Christmas... O_o
