Everyone talks about how certain pains may be RLP....but what does that actually FEEL like?  I keep having vertical pains on either side of my ute.  Is that what this is?  Or does any unknown pain fall under RLP?

What you described sounds like RLP. It's not that every pain falls under it... just what sounds like it. And your pain sounds like it.

I have no idea what RLP feels like. I think I'm having some now, but it's really hard for me to differentiate gallbladder recovery pains vs. anything else.

It's like a charlie-horse in your lower abdomen.

RLP is pain from the ligaments around your uterus when you stretch them. I normally get a sharp pull pain if I sneeze or turn over too fast at night. It doesn't last long.
