Seeing the baby move across your belly...

at 18 weeks?

I know I felt LO moving around inside of me very early (13w4d) but it was never consistent until the last week and LO has been going crazy. I posted on FB that it's felt like they were doing aerobics in my belly for the last couple of days.

DH's cousin wrote, "Have you seen the hand or foot doing the ripple across your belly yet?"

I wrote, "Not yet...still not able to feel it from the outside. It's getting so strong inside I hope it's soon!"

She wrote, "Ok"

Reading it I know it doesn't come off like she's thinking, "I can't believe you can't feel it on the outside" but knowing her...I know she is.

When did you start feeling kicks outside and when can I expect to see the baby moving?

I know a lot of women don't even feel the baby moving inside at this point (I'm very intune to my body). I've never, ever heard of anyone saying that they could SEE the baby moving at 18 weeks. I've only heard of a handful of people who could feel light movements outside at this stage.

I've seen bumps and pokes. Nothing else. And I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow. The bumps started at about 21 weeks.

I started feeling the baby at 18 weeks. I only started seeing my belly jump and feeling him from the outside about a week or two ago.

I could feel her moving from the outside at about 19 weeks but last week was the first time I actually seen my belly move when she kicked. This week shes been very active and I've seen her kick several times. I can also tell which side of my belly she's laying on because one side will be bigger and stick out more and be lopsided...It's so strange. haha I'm sure if your feeling other things so soon you'll possibly be able to feel your baby kick from the outside within the next couple of weeks.

My husband finally felt it 2 nights ago and I can now see him moving when I look down....I will be 24 weeks tomorrow!

Felt LO for the first time around 17 weeks... really started feeling her around 19... and could watch her around 22/23 weeks

I started feeling movement last week and I could see it from the outside last night. Clearly I am NOT in tune with my body, haha!

I've been able to see him moving around for a couple of weeks, when he decides to poke out a bit.  I think it's a bit ridiculous for someone to expect you to be seeing body parts so early.
