Dh's hidden talent?

He's in the kitchen making Chicken and Dumplings (or is it just Chicken Dumplings?). He never cooks, and I had no idea he even knew how to do this. AND he offered out of nowhere.

Now, I'm not one for looking a gift horse in the mouth, so I'll sit back and let it happen.

But I'm kind of morbidly curious to see if he actually DOES know what he's doing...

hehe...I snack if my husband ever decides to cook. It's just really bad..  The last time he made some type of rice with ground deer meat and hot sauce...omg...puke, puke, puke. I never tell him how terrible it is...I just say I'm not too hungry. haha But atleast he tries...

I agree with a pp...I would be in shock if my DH told me he wanted to cook dinner, and then drop dead if it actually turned out good!! lol I would definitely welcome it though... :P

I am one of the lucky few who's DH knows how to cook.  In fact, he does the cooking 90% of the time even before we found out that were expecting.   The only thing I still do is bake right now.  ^.~  I am guessing that is becuase if it does not come in a cake box, he will not do it.  Lol.
